During the March 18 meeting, the Churchill County Board of County Commissioners honored eight employees for their collective 110 years of dedicated service.
The quarterly recognition highlights employees who have reached significant service milestones, including five, ten, fifteen, twenty, and twenty-five years of service. Commissioners presented plaques and lapel pins to staff representing departments across county government.
Those honored included:
Five years of service: Jason Santiago, Sheriff’s Office; Trevor Fulham, Juvenile Probation Office. \
10 years of service: Christipher Burton, Sheriff’s Office.
15 years of service: Benjamin Trotter, Justice Court; Michael Hardin, Sheriff’s Office; Amy Lawry, Recorder’s Office.
20 years of service: Brenda Mahan, District Attorney’s Office.
25 years of service: Jorge Guerrero, Community Activities/Parks & Recreation.
