In Memory of John Evans

In Memory of John Evans

John Randall Evans, 50, of Fallon, Nevada, sadly passed away surrounded by his loved ones on July 24, 2026, after a short battle with cancer.

John was a lifelong resident of Fallon, born to Randy and Kristen Evans on April 14, 1976. John lived his life with unforgettable energy, leaving behind a legacy of adventure and laughter. He was a devoted father to his two sons, Jacob and Logan, and his adventurous spirit will live on through them forever.

John was happiest when he was enjoying his passion for flying, riding his motorcycle with his son and friends, hunting with his family, or spending time searching for arrowheads in the desert. He was a talented guitarist and a skilled long-range precision shooter.

John will forever be remembered for his colorful sense of humor and his ability to bring laughter into any situation. He made friends everywhere he went and reminded all of us not to take life too seriously.

John is survived by his parents; his sons, Jacob and Logan; his sister, Lisa Christy (Stanford); his brother-in-law, Dustan Drinkut (Gaylene); and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

A celebration of John's life will be held in the early fall, with details to follow.

Though his life ended much too soon, he will live on in the memories of those who knew him.
