Subcontractor Application Request

Notice is hereby given that New Frontier Treatment Center (“the Owner”) has entered into a Construction Manager at Risk agreement with Hammond Homes and Construction LLC (“the CMAR) for an addition and remodel to the residence hall located at 1490 Grimes St Fallon, NV 89406. 

Per NRS 338.16991 the CMAR will be accepting applications to provide proposals from subcontractors specializing in trades of Civil/Excavation, Structural Concrete, Framing, Siding, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Insulation, Drywall/Painting, Flooring, Roofing, Fire Protection.

All contractors must be licensed, bonded, and insured in accordance with NRS338. Furthermore, contractors will need to comply with all State of Nevada Public Works regulations, including prevailing wage rates and reporting requirements, along with any other requirements by the State of Nevada, Churchill County, and City of Fallon. Applications must be submitted to [email protected]  or returned to New Frontier Treatment Center Front Desk on or before close of business February 9, 2024.

After the design and schedule for the construction is sufficiently detailed and complete to allow a subcontractor to submit a meaningful and responsive proposal, the CMAR shall notify in writing each subcontractor who was determined to be qualified to submit a proposal, an official Request for Proposal (RFP) and a copy of all bid documents.
