Churchill County residents are invited to attend a community meeting to discuss the proposed Central Nevada Health District, a local public health department.
You’re all invited to the William N. Pennington Life Center on June 8 at 5:30 p.m. to discuss public health, what a public health department can do for the community and what services you’d like a health department to offer.
The meeting is hosted by Churchill County and the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine’s Office of Statewide Initiatives who are proposing the creation of a Central Nevada Health District.
