After high school he joined the United States Navy where he completed four years with the VFA 127 as a Parachute Rigger at Fallon Naval Air Station. In 1991 he met the love of his life Kathy. It took no time for Chuck and Kathy to say their “I Do’s” and in May of 1993 they became one. Chuck grew up in Commerce Township Michigan where he loved to hang out with his Dog Patch Gang .He told many great stories of their adventures. He was a “die hard” Detroit Lions Fan. Chuck’s greatest joy came from coaching his daughter Sarah and all the girls in flag football and girls softball. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, hanging out on the Oregon Coast and hunting. Chuck missed his home state of Michigan and all of his family and friends. Chuck worked for Lumos & Associates as a surveyor until going to work for NV Energy as a Senior Draftsman. He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Robertson, stepfather Larry Susalla, and daughter in law Melinda Hiibel. Chuck was loved by many friends and family in Michigan and Nevada. A celebration of life will be held in Fallon, Nevada on February 23, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Gardens Funeral Home with a pot luck to follow. We reached out to the writer/submitter and got this info back...hope it's helpful. PBM: Pharmacy Benefit Managers are pharmacies that are owned by insurance companies. (CVS is one.) They negotiate with drug makers to get reduced pricing for medications, but they historically have not passed along those savings to patients. https://www.ftc.gov/system/files/ftc_gov/pdf/pharmacy-benefit-managers-staff-report.pdf MFN: Most Favored Nation pricing is a policy that means a country agrees to offer the same trade concessions (like tariffs or price reductions) to all member nations of the World Trade Organization (WTO). When applied to pharmaceuticals, it could disrupt global access, deter innovation, and obscure the deeper systemic issues in American health care. https://petrieflom.law.harvard.edu/2025/05/22/the-global-risks-of-americas-most-favored-nation-drug-pricing-policy/Comment publication date: 6/23/25, 7:47 AMComment source: L E T T E R TO THE EDITOR
