Obituary -- Eva "Rose" Ingerson

Eva “Rose” Ingerson passed away peacefully at home after a short battle with cancer on June 23, 2020 with her family by her side.

Rose was born on February 6, 1938 in Oxford, England where she met and married Robert “Bob” Ingerson. They moved to the US to reside in Tonopah, Nevada where Bob retired. The family then moved to Fallon in 1972 where they raised the boys and she lived the remainder of her life.

Rose had a sweet demeanor about her and she was very organized and had the cutest English accent. She loved cats, especially her favorite cat Sandy. She also enjoyed gardening and spending time with her special friends. Rose will be dearly missed by all.

Rose was preceded in death by her husband Bob in 1992 and son Steven in 1975. She leaves behind son Michael (Robi) Ingerson of AZ; Paul (Debbie) Ingerson and David Ingerson of Fallon. There will be no services per her request. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to CAPS (Churchill Animal Protection Society).

We reached out to the writer/submitter and got this info back...hope it's helpful. PBM: Pharmacy Benefit Managers are pharmacies that are owned by insurance companies. (CVS is one.) They negotiate with drug makers to get reduced pricing for medications, but they historically have not passed along those savings to patients. https://www.ftc.gov/system/files/ftc_gov/pdf/pharmacy-benefit-managers-staff-report.pdf MFN: Most Favored Nation pricing is a policy that means a country agrees to offer the same trade concessions (like tariffs or price reductions) to all member nations of the World Trade Organization (WTO). When applied to pharmaceuticals, it could disrupt global access, deter innovation, and obscure the deeper systemic issues in American health care. https://petrieflom.law.harvard.edu/2025/05/22/the-global-risks-of-americas-most-favored-nation-drug-pricing-policy/Comment publication date: 6/23/25, 7:47 AMComment source: L E T T E R TO THE EDITOR
