Obituary — DeMar Artemis Brigham
DeMar Artemus Brigham died on Monday, January 6, 2020 in Fallon, Nevada. DeMar was born in Austin, Nevada on February 25th, 1969 on Main Street in the backseat of a car. DeMar attended school in Gabbs, Nevada. After graduating from high school, DeMarmoved to Pocatello, Idaho to raise his family. In Pocatello, DeMar worked as a cook at Butter Burr’s. While living in Pocatello, DeMar enjoyed playing basketball and softball, bowling, and watching his son, Dylan, and daughter, Brianna,play sports. He was so proud of his youngest daughter, Aubree’s, baking ability. In 2017, DeMar moved to Fallon to help take care of his mother. While living in Fallon, DeMar worked as a cook at Ana’s Café. DeMar was a hard-working man, who played as hard as he worked. He is loved and will be missed by many. DeMar is survived by his children Dylan Brigham (Brittany), Laramie, Wyoming; Brianna Brigham (Cole Bybee) and Aubree Brigham, from Pocatello, Idaho; his mother Violet Brigham, Fallon, Nevada, and sister Lolita Brigham (Darrell Sheepskin), Pocatello, Idaho. Nephews Samuel, Joseph, Jonah and Matthias, and his favorite niece, Brenna along with great-nephew Yazhi. DeMar is predeceased by Robert and Laverne Brigham (Grandparents), Russell Brigham Sr. (Uncle), Charlotte Dodgen(Aunt), Lavella Lockwood (Aunt), Art Brigham (Uncle), Levi Hooper (Stepfather). A viewing will be held on Friday, January 10th at Smith Family Funeral Home, 505 Rio Vista Drive, in Fallon from 6 pm-8pm. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 11, at 10 am.
