Obituary - Charles Howard Stacey
Charles Howard Stacey passed away October 17, 2019 at the age of 79. Howard was born September 16, 1940 in Coalville, UT to Rhea (Beard) and William Stacey. On June 14, 1971, he married Neva Ann Leonard. Together they raised their daughter, Amber. Howard served 6 years in the United States Air Force and was a civil engineer for the Utah Department of Transportation for 34 years, retiring in August of 1998. Howard loved to be outdoors, traveling with his wife, attending antique car shows, looking for gems and minerals, walking the dog, or simply sitting on the porch enjoying the warmth, he thoroughly enjoyed retirement in Nevada. He loved putting together model cars, reading Popular Science/Mechanics and various automotive magazines, and spending time with his grandchildren. Howard was preceded in death by his father, William, and his mother, Rhea. He is survived by his wife, Neva, his daughter and son in law, Amber and David Riley, grandchildren, Laurynn, Gabriella, and David Jr, his brother, Albert Stacey, his sister, Sandra Lewis, and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.  A memorial service will be held at a later time.       Support local, independent news – contribute to The Fallon Post, your non-profit (501c3) online news source for all things Fallon.
