A New Chapter at The Gardens Funeral Home

A New Chapter at The Gardens Funeral Home

The Gardens Funeral Home is proud to introduce its new staff, who will continue to offer compassionate and personalized funeral services to the Fallon community and surrounding areas.

Located at 2949 Austin Hwy, Fallon, The Gardens Funeral Home provides a serene and comforting environment for families to honor and celebrate the lives of their loved ones.

For over 25 years, Lorretta Guazzini provided the community with her compassionate care. Now, as she embarks on a well-deserved retirement, the community will continue to receive the service and care it is accustomed to under new leadership.

"We understand that losing a loved one is one of life's most difficult experiences," said Ted Williams, Managing Director of The Gardens Funeral Home. "Our mission is to provide compassionate care and support to families during their time of grief." Ted has been a funeral director in the greater Reno area for the past 40 years and has a long-standing reputation for being caring and compassionate. Ted is also a longtime member of the Rotary Club of Sparks and the Sparks Sons and Daughters of Italy and looks forward to becoming a part of the Fallon community.

Joining him is Amy Scott, a dedicated funeral arranger and certified death doula. Amy is here to assist families in making every service personal and memorable, providing guidance and care at every step.

The Gardens Funeral Home provides:

  • Personalized funeral and memorial services
  • On-site crematorium and cemetery
  • Pet Crematory

Who and what they REALLY were. Because they were devotional and IMPORTANT to the humans they connected with. The content of their life bled so that others could feel their own life’s importance. Teachers of justifiable life and art. That all can absorb and use as the best fertilizer for THEIR lives. Giving the silent secrets and the loud guidance. The Melon Man was a perfect specimen for how to devote. His passing meant a life book of feeling/knowing what gives other humans their paths to Love and Knowledge. Some humans are meant to show others their paths. And in that they secrete ways to profitably exist.Comment publication date: 3/18/26, 4:50 PMComment source: In memorium -- The Melon Man
