Obituary - Vincent Rocco Testa

A celebration of life will be held in late spring.
Obituary - Vincent Rocco Testa

Vincent Testa (1947 - 2024)

Vincent Rocco Testa, 76, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away peacefully on the morning of January 9, 2024.

Vince grew up in Tucson, Arizona, and was raised by his mother, Josephine, and his father, Rocco. As a child, Vince loved adventuring and lighting things on fire with his best friend, David McGill.

If you’re reading this, you’ve likely been thrown off a tube into the lake, flicked with a rock, or spent time watching football with Vince. Vince was known for his work hard and play harder mentality. Vince’s children will remember him in different ways, but all knew and felt how much he loved them. Vince, like everyone, never had a bad word to say about a soul and treated all equally. He was very spiritual, and God took care of Vince until his last breath. His favorite places to be were Lake Tahoe, Lake Lahontan, and Lake Mead.

Vince is survived by his four children and their loving spouses: Wendy (daughter) and Joey Hale, Ali Testa (daughter) and Bobby Hunter, Brian (son) and Melanie Testa, and Haley (daughter) and Arnold Gesmundo. Vince was blessed with nine grandchildren: Brooklyn, Jacob, Zachary, Charlotte, Witten, Nye, Willow, Adeline, and Millie.

So shoot your potato gun, grab your big gulp, and remember, “It’s Just Another Day in Paradise,” but now it’s God’s Paradise.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Get Out Doors Nevada which can be made through their website: https://getoutdoorsnevada.org.

A celebration of life will be held in late spring.

We reached out to the writer/submitter and got this info back...hope it's helpful. PBM: Pharmacy Benefit Managers are pharmacies that are owned by insurance companies. (CVS is one.) They negotiate with drug makers to get reduced pricing for medications, but they historically have not passed along those savings to patients. https://www.ftc.gov/system/files/ftc_gov/pdf/pharmacy-benefit-managers-staff-report.pdf MFN: Most Favored Nation pricing is a policy that means a country agrees to offer the same trade concessions (like tariffs or price reductions) to all member nations of the World Trade Organization (WTO). When applied to pharmaceuticals, it could disrupt global access, deter innovation, and obscure the deeper systemic issues in American health care. https://petrieflom.law.harvard.edu/2025/05/22/the-global-risks-of-americas-most-favored-nation-drug-pricing-policy/Comment publication date: 6/23/25, 7:47 AMComment source: L E T T E R TO THE EDITOR
