Greenwave Sports

Greenwave Varsity Baseball is now 10-1 overall and 5-1 in conference play after their first loss of the year to South Tahoe Saturday 6-4. They defeated Truckee 6-1 on Friday. Then they swept the 3 games series with Fernley Vaqueros winning 8-5 (Tuesday) and 13-2, 6-5 Wednesday. The JV squad also suffered their first loss last weekend against Truckee 6-2 but defeated South Tahoe on Friday 10-5 then lost both their games against Fernley at Fernley 5-9, 3-12.

Greenwave Varsity Softball now stands at 5-1 overall and 1-0 in league play after a pair of wins last weekend. They defeated South Tahoe 21-4 and Truckee 19-0. JV Softball took three wins last weekend defeating South Tahoe 16-15, Truckee 16-0, and Yerington 17-2.

In swimming the results from last weekend are:

Oasis Bighorns

The Varsity Baseball team lost a doubleheader at Smith Valley last weekend 12-2 and 13-3 leaving them at 1-2 overall and 0-0 in conference play. They next play a doubleheader at Wells on April 7. Bighorn Varsity Softball is 2-0 overall and in conference play after beating Virginia City last weekend 11-5 and 12-2. On Tuesday the 4th they play at Wells.
