Ribbon Cutting – Sarah Brooke Berg Co.

Ribbon Cutting – Sarah Brooke Berg Co.
Sarah and Chris Berg along with several local Fallon Chamber ambassadors cut the ribbon this week at the Sarah Brooke Berg Co., Fallon's newest offering for health and wellness treatments.

Author: Rachel Dahl

For a small town, Fallon has a wide array of health and wellness options from massage to day spa and yoga to Pilates. And now, with the addition of the Sarah Brooke Berg Co., there are even more options.

Offering seven different healing and wellness options, Sarah specializes in plus size, self-love, body image, and confidence coaching. She comes to Fallon with a nursing background and is certified in Ayurveda healing, clinical hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques, and Reiki. A board-certified life coach, Sarah is also a Time Techniques practitioner as well as a practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She also uses her background in pediatrics and OB-GYN to provide preconception care and fertility care, along with post-partum care.

“These are potent treatments,” said Sarah, “it really goes hand in hand with our mental health and our physical health.”

She said one of her main passions is plus-size women loving their bodies, having positive body image, and having confidence. “Realizing they can be healthy in the body they’re in, and physical health and mental health go right along together. That’s why I wanted to do Ayurveda along with this massive background of healing modalities I have.”

Sarah is a bubbly, encouraging ray of sunshine with a wealth of knowledge, who is already booking clients in her new office. Her husband is in the Navy, and they have been in Fallon for the past two years. She said she loves this community and with the expansion of technology is able to serve clients remotely as well.

In her sessions, Sarah uses a trauma-informed approach to help her clients start to feel their best while being comfortable in a safe environment. She helps clients access their “life on a subconscious level, the area of the brain that makes up 99% of your decision making, which leads to lasting results and real change.

“When we don’t process emotions and feelings and we shove them down really, really deep it goes into our muscles, our organs, our joints creating disease and so we keep doing that – we keep getting sicker and sicker,” she said. With her many tools available, Sara is able to help her clients focus on preventing disease and live happier healthier lives.

The Fallon Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting for Sarah this week at her location inside Double Heart Healing, 200 South Maine Street, where local Chamber ambassadors, friends, and family joined to welcome and celebrate her new business. They strung them along for years until they had no financial choice but to accept and get out. My Dad even hauled water for the Snow ranch trying to stay afloat. May God bless you all. I truly pray it works out for you.Comment publication date: 3/28/26, 9:22 PMComment source: Local Rancher Says Navy Land Expansion is Devastating His Family RanchComment author: Lynn JohnsonComment text: I remember your mother well; she was a lovely and kind woman. I see glimpses of your face in the years worn onto my dad. It makes me feel more connected to you in some way. I remember the familiar kindness from you that I know in my dad. I would’ve really liked to have a good conversation. I only have a handful of memories with you, but you were loving, and you were kind. I wish I was able to say more. If I am someone to you, I hope I make you proud. Thank you Aunt for this sweet post.Comment publication date: 3/27/26, 12:11 AMComment source: Obituary -- Randolph Floris Banovich C Comment author: RBCComment text: The Navy should reimburse the market cost of replacing the grazing land they are taking.
