On the morning of October 8, 2019 a Deputy with the Churchill County Sheriff’s Office located a badly damaged single engine, two seater Cessna upside down in the sagebrush south of North Harmon Road near where that road intersects with Indian Lakes.
The plane was unoccupied upon discovery, and the pilot was later located at his residence in town with no injuries. The investigation was turned over to the Federal Aviation Administration.
