Hope Lives Here – Local leaders gathered on Saturday at the Maine Street Fountain to proclaim September as Suicide Prevention Month, and to dye the fountain turquoise. The event, organized by Churchill County Social Services, also included representatives from the city, county, school district, the Nevada Office of Suicide Prevention, Churchill Community Coalition, Fallon Paiute Shoshone Tribe, and NAMI Western Nevada.
