Oasis Academy awards milestones

Last year, the Oasis Academy Board of Directors, passed the Oasis Academy Strategic Pay scale. As part of the model, ALL employees get a 10% incentive check at the beginning of their sixth, eleventh, sixteenth, and twenty-first year of service. This year we were excited to award Nicole Hyde, Amy O'Flaherty, Susan Richards, and Anne Bloomfield their six years of service incentive. Congratulations!
