Tickets for “Fiddler on the Roof" on Sale January 19

Tickets for “Fiddler on the Roof" on Sale January 19

Performing Arts of Churchill County (PACC) proudly announces that tickets for the community musical “Fiddler on the Roof” go on sale Friday, January 19. Tickets are $20.00 and will be available starting at 8 a.m. on the PACC website (paccnv.org). Performances are on March 1, 2, 7, 8, and 9 at 7 p.m., with an additional 1 p.m. matinee on March 2. All performances are held at the Churchill County High School Theatre. Tickets will be available at the door for $20 as seating allows.

PACC was founded in November of 2022 and has presented two successful children’s musicals, “Orphan Train” and “The Maine Street Gang,” over the past year. PACC also operates the Churchill Kids Choir, which begins Spring rehearsals on Tuesday, January 24th, and welcomes new students in grades 3 through 8. “Fiddler on the Roof” is the first all-ages community musical entirely produced by the non-profit organization.

“When selecting the community musical, we discussed multiple options,” stated PACC President David Ernst. “An attempt was made to produce “Fiddler” at CCHS before Covid, but they could not secure the licensing. So, we thought it was a good choice that the community would enjoy and support.”

Boasting a whole cast of 51 community members, a 20-piece pit orchestra, and a 15-person strong production team, “Fiddler on the Roof” is sure to be a local hit. From the cast to production, the hardworking team will put in thousands of combined hours of work - from rehearsals to set building - to prepare for the curtain call on opening night.

PACC is always looking for volunteers and sponsors for their current slate of musicals, including “Fiddler on the Roof” and the upcoming children’s musical “Gilligan’s Island.” If you are interested in sponsoring or have questions, please email [email protected].

They strung them along for years until they had no financial choice but to accept and get out. My Dad even hauled water for the Snow ranch trying to stay afloat. May God bless you all. I truly pray it works out for you.Comment publication date: 3/28/26, 9:22 PMComment source: Local Rancher Says Navy Land Expansion is Devastating His Family RanchComment author: Lynn JohnsonComment text: I remember your mother well; she was a lovely and kind woman. I see glimpses of your face in the years worn onto my dad. It makes me feel more connected to you in some way. I remember the familiar kindness from you that I know in my dad. I would’ve really liked to have a good conversation. I only have a handful of memories with you, but you were loving, and you were kind. I wish I was able to say more. If I am someone to you, I hope I make you proud. Thank you Aunt for this sweet post.Comment publication date: 3/27/26, 12:11 AMComment source: Obituary -- Randolph Floris Banovich C Comment author: RBCComment text: The Navy should reimburse the market cost of replacing the grazing land they are taking.
