Oasis Academy is looking for your vote to assist them with winning the $25,000 grand prize in this year's Classroom Project, sponsored by the Reno-based Dolan Auto Group.
Community voting is open now through October 17. Each community member can vote once per day for their favorite school project. All votes are cast at the Oasis’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/OAfallon. Scroll through a post or two to find the entry page and cast your vote daily.

Oasis Academy’s mission is to improve lives through opportunity. As a public charter school in Fallon, Nevada, we serve a diverse population of just under 800 students. We pride ourselves in providing our agriculture and military community with resources to bridge gaps and provide exceptional academic and co-curricular opportunities to students. We do this while also connecting families to resources they may not have known were available. Oasis wants everyone to have the opportunity to run with the Bighorn Herd.
Our project is to revamp our playground with more equipment and fix our turf. The project will give more options for our growing student population to engage ands play safely at recess and during family community activities. The revamp will allow students the opportunity to be active and foster positive peer relationships. All while building our HERD – Honesty, Empathy, Respect, Determination. Join us and run with the Bighorn Herd.
