
Staff report -- At the last city council meeting, council was asked during public comment to check the speed of traffic on Whitaker Lane, especially during the early morning hours when traffic increases as drivers head to the high school.
The City has now posted one of the traffic control trailers, southbound on Whitaker Lane. Drivers should be aware the speed limit on Whitaker is 25 miles per hour.

Comment text: They should seriously consider a small or mid-size nuclear power plant for the development. There are great developments in nuclear power. Nevada needs to be a leader in using this technology. It is far more "sustainable", "green", or "renewable" than wind or solar.
