Gabriel Lee Wilson pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Category E Felony with a potential penalty of 1-4 in prison and a fine up to $5,000. Sentencing was set for December 13, 2022.
Julie Anne Holmes pled guilty to a charge of Battery on an Officer, a Gross Misdemeanor which carries a potential of up to 364 days in jail and a fine of up to $2,000. Holmes’ public defender Jacob Sommer stated that Holmes scratched an officer's arm in the course of contact as she was being arrested. Deputy District Attorney Chelsea Sanford stated that Holmes was at Pioneer Park, highly intoxicated and had an altercation with some people with their two small children, ages seven and eight. Holmes then exposed her buttocks and genitalia which resulted in a call to law enforcement. Holmes then scratched a police officer while he was trying to figure out was going on and if she was okay. "This kind of behavior should not be tolerated in our community," said Sanford. Sommer told the Court that Holmes begun treatment at New Frontier Treatment Center. Stockard placed Holmes on probation with conditions attached.
Angelica Leticia Lopez-Rickards failed to appear for a hearing pertaining to a bench warrant was issued by Judge Stockard. The warrant for her arrest remains in place.
Christopher Douglas Standart received probation with conditions attached for the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, mainly methamphetamine, a Category E Felony and Attempt to Possess an Electronic Stun Device by a Felon, a Category C Felony.
Jolon Thomas Farren received Probation or Offer, Attempt, or Commission of Unauthorized Act Relating to Manufacture or Compounding of Certain Controlled Substances, Category C Felonies.
David Lee Payne appeared for sentencing on two counts of Driving Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Liquor or Prohibited substance. Payne completed a three year DUI Diversion program. Public Defender Jacob Sommer said, "Mr. Payne did a great deal if work over the past three years in the Diversion Program." Deputy District Attorney Priscilla Baker stated, “He ran a perfect program." Payne must pay the statutory penalty of fines and fees.
Thomas John Dame Sr., in custody, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Category D Felony which carries a potential penalty of 1-10 years in a Nevada State Prison and a fine of up to $5,000. Sentencing was set for December 13, 2022.
Tahkoah Nez Smith, in custody, pled guilty to Burglary of a Business, a Category C Felony which carries potential penalty of one to five years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000. Sentencing was set for December 13, 2022.
Myron Dean Pahe, in custody, pled guilty to Burglary of a Vehicle, a Category E Felony which carries a potential penalty of 1-4 years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000. The victim testified regarding the inconvenience caused to her and others by not having her car for the last month, asthmatic difficulties, and the financial impact incurred by the damage done to her vehicle by Pahe. She stated, "This has caused a great deal of strain by somebody else's bad choice." Pahe received probation and was ordered to pay restitution to the victim.
Zackary Michael Franco, in custody, appeared on a sentencing violation. Chief Deputy District Attorney Lane Mills detailed Franco's extensive criminal history beginning in 2008 to this case. Mills referred to Franco as a career criminal who continues to associate with other felons. "We simply cannot have people committing felonies, being granted the privilege of probation, and still acting like a criminal." Mills asked that Franco's probation be revoked. Public Defender Noel Wright told the Court that prior to the violation Franco had sought counseling through New Frontier Treatment Center. He stated that despite Franco's lengthy criminal history, "I saw in Mr. Franco someone who was dedicated to change, he was on that path." Noel asked Stockard to give Franco a chance to complete his probation. Stockard found that Franco had violated the terms and conditions of his release. Franco’s probation was revoked and the underlying sentence was imposed. Franco was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff for execution of the sentence.
Joshua Patrick Feddern-Wiles pled guilty to a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance, which is a Category D Felony. He was placed on probation with conditions attached.
