Crafting is my favorite thing to do during my free time. I love to paint even if it doesn’t turn out how I wanted, I still enjoy the experience. Painting can be very relaxing and calm for most people. For me it is, I'm able to relax and think about my day and all the positive things in life.
Lately, I haven't been painting, instead, I've been making jewelry. I'm so passionate about jewelry so I decided to make some and see if they would turn out good. I realized during this process I really enjoy making jewelry and it's a fun hobby for me. So, I've been making jewelry for a while now. I've been wanting to find ways I can earn money to save for my future. Someone gave me the idea to sell something at a craft fair, then it clicked in my brain that I could sell my jewelry at a craft fair. I decided to sell jewelry at a Christmas craft fair. So, this week is probably the busiest week of my life because the craft fair is this weekend, and I got a lot to do and to prepare for. Although I have a lot to do, I'm really excited for this weekend, and I hope everything goes well because this has been something I've been waiting a long time for.
Craft fairs are fun for two main reasons. First, you can go to a craft fair and buy things and because it's in December you might be able to find the perfect Christmas gifts for your friends and family or maybe for yourself. Second, you can sell your crafts to people and hopefully give them joy, and of course, it gives you joy when someone buys your crafts. It's a win-win for everyone. When crafting you can be as unique as possible, a lot of people enjoy that. That's what makes craft fairs so fun and enjoyable to almost everyone. When I see paintings or jewelry, I don't really look at the quality of the supply used, I look at the uniqueness within the artwork.
