The Lahontan Valley Claybreakers coaches, shooters, and parents would like to thank everyone who helped make the 2021 Nevada Youth Shooting Sports State Shoot, June 18-20, 2021, at the Fallon Trap Club, a huge success. Shooters from Las Vegas and Carson City attended, with everyone having a great time.
There were many community supporters, businesses, and agencies who made the event possible. Special thanks go to: Churchill County Banner Hospital for donating water and keeping everyone hydrated while the temperatures were so high; Ryan and the City of Fallon for hanging the event banner sign and everything else they did; Camelot Party Rental for putting up the shade tents and to the Fallon Trap Club for providing the facility and trap assistance. Thanks also to the Churchill County Commissioners; Churchill County Communications; Churchill County Federal Credit Union and to Jane Moon at the Fallon Tourism and Convention Authority. And to Fallon Glass for updating the club banner, Pizza Barn for helping with the Pizza Party on Friday night, and to Sandra and Rick at In Stitches, for helping with our awards and sponsoring a jacket for each of the Top Gun Trap Shooters. Also, to Wild West Burgers for being on-site to serve up breakfast and lunch and the NAS Chief Petty Officers Association for cooking the Claybreakers end-of-the-year BBQ. Thanks also to Tina at Jeff’s Digitex for all her help making sure everything from raffle tickets to programs for the trap shooting season was ready and to Lahontan Valley Meats for providing the meat bundles for the raffle.
