Become a Nevada Veterans Advocate
Free Training Conference The Nevada Department of Veterans Services invites you to a free, two-day training conference that sets you on the path to becoming a Nevada Veterans Advocate (NVA). NVA's help connect veterans or their families to benefits, resources and services earned through military service. This training conference will help introduce, train, and update those interested in becoming an NVA. Certificates provided to individuals who complete the two-day course. April 6th-7th, 2019 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. both days Harrah's Convention Center, 219 North Center Street, Reno Nevada Registration opens at the door, Saturday April 6th at 7:00 a.m. Pre-registration is highly encouraged by going here: Register Here There will be complimentary coffee and snacks each day with a break for lunch.
