The Greenwave girls are the 3A Regional Champions, winning the regional tournament last weekend, playing in the championship game against Lowry. CCHS girls scored 67 - 48 against the Winnemucca team, earning their third regional title in a row. The girls head to Las Vegas for the state tournament this weekend where they will play at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 1st at the Orleans Arena.
The Boys Greenwave team fell to the Elko Indians on Saturday night, losing 65 - 57 after a nail biter against Lowry that they won in overtime. They play in the state tournament at the Orleans Arean on Friday at 12:45 p.m.
