Churchill County Planning Commission meets this Wednesday evening, February 13th at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioner’s Chambers at 155 N. Taylor Street.
In addition to the regular agenda items, the commission will discuss the renewals of several Temporary Use Permits, an application by EDP Renewables for two variances to the County Code that would reduce the set-back requirements in order to build a photo solarvoltaic project near the Trinity junction at the intersection of U.S. Highway 95 and I-80. A similar application by EC&R Solar Development, LLC, for a variance from the set-back requirements in order to build a solar power plant northwest of Leetville junction has been withdrawn.
The agenda for the meeting can be viewed at Planning Commission agenda.
