In consultation with the Churchill County Manager, the Churchill County School District administration has made the difficult decision to postpone the start of the school year until Monday, August 31, 2020.
Due to changing circumstances in our community and in the district, such as a significant numbers of families changing their requests for online or in person instruction, which resulted in challenges to transportation department needs, the administration has made this decision.
The administration understands families may experience challenges with this decision. The district administrators expect to be fully ready for August 31st and will be in touch with families through the rest of this week. If you have questions, please email [email protected].
