School District Asks for Feedback

The Churchill County School District is in the process of collecting feedback from their stakeholders and would greatly appreciate your input. Below is a link to a survey regarding communication and your experience during the year and in the time of Learning from a Distance. Your input is needed as the district moves forward to improve the learning experiences and opportunities for all students. If you are able to, please complete your survey by Friday, May 22.

Families, complete the survey here: bit.ly/ccsdpyes

For families of K-12 students:
All K-12 students have also received a survey about their experience during this time of Learning from a Distance from their teachers and/or principals. Please encourage them to take the survey so that the district may include their feedback in future considerations and planning.

For elementary students, please assist them through the process. This is an excellent opportunity to discuss with them the challenges and lessons learned while learning from a distance.

Student survey here: bit.ly/ccsdstyes

We reached out to the writer/submitter and got this info back...hope it's helpful. PBM: Pharmacy Benefit Managers are pharmacies that are owned by insurance companies. (CVS is one.) They negotiate with drug makers to get reduced pricing for medications, but they historically have not passed along those savings to patients. https://www.ftc.gov/system/files/ftc_gov/pdf/pharmacy-benefit-managers-staff-report.pdf MFN: Most Favored Nation pricing is a policy that means a country agrees to offer the same trade concessions (like tariffs or price reductions) to all member nations of the World Trade Organization (WTO). When applied to pharmaceuticals, it could disrupt global access, deter innovation, and obscure the deeper systemic issues in American health care. https://petrieflom.law.harvard.edu/2025/05/22/the-global-risks-of-americas-most-favored-nation-drug-pricing-policy/Comment publication date: 6/23/25, 7:47 AMComment source: L E T T E R TO THE EDITOR
