Greenwave Youth Wrestlers Earn State Medals in Las Vegas

The Greenwave Youth Wrestling Club delivered a strong performance at the 16U and Junior Olympic Style Nevada Championships on June 13 in Las Vegas, earning multiple medals across freestyle and Greco divisions.

Colt Johnson led the team with first‑place finishes in both freestyle and Greco. Alexia Macias earned second place in freestyle, while Brody Middleton claimed first in freestyle and second in Greco. Georgio O’Donnell finished second in freestyle, and Giavanna O’Donnell captured first place in both styles. Madelyn Johnson earned first in freestyle, and Scarlett Pellandini placed second in both freestyle and Greco. Anakin Ross finished third in both divisions, and Syress Ross earned second in both.

The club continues to build momentum as its wrestlers gain experience on the state stage.
