Each quarter, the Commissioners present plaques and lapel pins to county employees to recognize them for every five years of service to our local community. This month, Penny received a soft squeaky toy instead of a lapel pin. A trained service dog, Penny is a positive influence in calming kids when they come into the Juvenile Probation Office.
The next employee recognition event will be at the second Commissioners’ meeting in January 2026..
