High School Classes Cancelled Today - 2-hour late start for students and staff at the rest of schools

Due to slick road conditions in our rural areas, the anticipation of more severe weather this evening, and overnight freezing, all Churchill County School District Schools will have a 2-hour late start for students and staff. Buses will run accordingly (for example: if your child is supposed to be at the bus stop at 6:45 have them at the bus stop at 8:45).

We are grateful for this much-needed moisture, but it can certainly make getting to school a bit more difficult. To ensure the safety of our students, staff, and families we wanted to make sure we gave everyone some extra time to arrive in the morning.

CANCELED CLASSES:
Northside Early Learning Center's three-year-old MORNING classes are canceled for the day. The afternoon three-year-old program will still occur.
Churchill County High School has CANCELLED ALL CLASSES for the day due to maintenance issues with our HVAC system.
