Katie Salinas, owner of the For Goodness Sake and Beastie the Juice Bus celebrated a soft opening Tuesday at the Dream Spas and Pools parking lot from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Salinas was very excited when they ran out of juice, they were so busy. Beastie the Juice Bus was stocked with a variety of lemonades, cold-pressed juices, and hidden veggie popsicles that came with a sleeve to protect those little hands from getting too cold. Customers can add Lotus Energy Drinks POWER UP plant-based blend of keto-friendly one calorie energy booster to any of the drinks Katie and Beastie offer. The menu included Lemonade Shake Up’s made with Splenda or Stevia in original or strawberry for $4, Lotus Plant Energy $2. Cold pressed juice blends Green Detox is celery, ginger, and lemon for $5 or the Sunrise which is carrots, orange, apple, lemon, and ginger also $5. Hidden Veggie Popsicles in Red- Strawberry Banana with beets, carrots, sweet potato, grapes, strawberries, and banana for $2 or Purple- Blueberry Pomegranate with beets, carrots, sweet potato grapes, blueberries, pomegranate also $2.
