The Churchill County High School girls soccer team opened its season with a 0-0 tie against North Tahoe last Friday and lost 8-0 to Truckee on Saturday.
This week the Greenwave are scheduled to play at Incline at 4 p.m. Friday and at South Tahoe at 11:45 a.m. Saturday.
The Fallon boys soccer team played to a 1-1 tie with the Debbie Smith CTE Academy on Aug. 21 and was scheduled to play at Dayton on Aug. 25, but the score was not reported before press time. Next week the Greenwave is scheduled to play at Truckee at 4:45 p.m. Sept. 4.
