A recent remodel at Best Western Inn & Suites Fallon resulted in a welcome donation for another local organization.
The Gandhi family, owners of the Fallon hotel, donated televisions removed during the remodeling project to Highland Manor, a local skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
The donation gives the televisions a second life while providing additional comfort for Highland Manor residents. It also allowed equipment no longer needed at the hotel to remain useful within the Fallon community.
The Fallon Chamber of Commerce recognized the donation as an example of a local business giving back to the community that supports it.
The Gandhi family has long emphasized hospitality and community service as part of its business philosophy. Family members describe the hotel operation as the continuation of a legacy passed from one generation to the next. The family also regularly serves military members and other guests traveling through Fallon.
For Highland Manor residents, the donation provides a practical benefit while demonstrating how one local business can support another community organization.
