Hi Rachel,
I know that you are faithfully — Keeping Us Posted, and that you have, humbly, admitted to a lot of mistakes in making The Fallon Post work. Rachel, how could you not have alerted us to the news that The Slanted Porch has closed?
My two friends and I were anticipating our arrival at the Porch. Choosing one of our favorite sandwiches was just around the corner.
No! Tell us it is not so!! There on the door was posted: "The Slanted Porch is forever closed." (Deep sighs)
Ne'er again to be greeted and seated by those warm, friendly, professional servers. It can't be! What shall we do? Surely, we don't know how to live without those sweet, Chocolate Brownies at the end of our sumptuous feast!
Fallon will never be the same without The Slanted Porch. (Another sigh) Tell us why, Rachel, tell us it isn't so.
