And, that is what Annette Whayn-haling did when she decided to move from Reno to Fallon two years ago. Annette has created a warm, welcoming environment when she opened ‘Let us Charm you’ on May 24^th at 153 S. Maine St. here in Fallon. “Every time you come in, you will find that there is something new, and it is changing all the time. It’s a lot of fun and I’ve been wanting to do this for a very long time. When you stand outside and you’re looking in, I look like this little tiny hole in the wall, but it’s kind of magical like the Jennie in the bottle when you step inside,” Annette said.
