Fallon residents are invited to join local first responders for National Night Out from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4, at Oats Park.
The annual event is designed to strengthen relationships between the community and local public safety agencies while promoting safer neighborhoods through positive interaction.
Families can meet members of the Fallon Police Department, fire and EMS personnel, explore emergency vehicles, watch K-9 demonstrations and visit community resource booths. The evening also will feature games and activities for children, food vendors, giveaways and displays from public safety agencies.
National Night Out is free and open to the public. Community members of all ages are encouraged to attend.
