The Churchill County Museum still has a few openings for its July “Bea’s Days of Summer” program, a hands-on history and art activity series for children ages 7 to 12.
This month’s activity, “Painting Our Hometown,” will be held at noon July 18 at the museum. Participants will choose a local scene to paint while learning about area landmarks.
The session is limited to 12 participants. Admission is $15 for nonmembers. Churchill County Museum members receive one free admission and may register additional children for $5 each.
