DANNY LEWIS was born May 12, 1953, in Grand Junction, Colorado, to Rita and Ernie Lewis and passed away May 7, 2026, just days before his 73rd birthday.
The family moved to Moab, Utah, when Danny was a small child, then later relocated to Ventura and Palmdale, California.
In 1968, Ernie’s work brought the family to Fallon, where Danny had resided ever since.
Danny’s interests took him to the outdoors for hunting, motorcycles, and classic cars.
He loved his dogs and always had a pup or two. Danny liked to join organizations and was a member of the Hurricams Car Club and Stillwater Firearms.
He would also lead the Toy Run parades through town on his motorcycle dressed as Santa. For the Senior Stocking Stuffer, he would ride his Harley through the halls of Highland Manor to the delight of the seniors.
Danny attended Churchill County High School and graduated with the class of ’72. He stayed in touch with many of his classmates throughout the years.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother‑in‑law Dan Allen. He is survived by his wife, Patty; sisters, Carol (Roy) and Janice (Mike); and stepsons, Jim and Scott Stacey; and pugs, Adele and Cher, as well as many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
