Tribe Opens New Sagebrush LIHTC Housing Project

Fallon Paiute‑Shoshone Tribal Chairwoman Cathy Williams‑Tuni cuts the ribbon to officially open the Sagebrush LIHTC Housing Project on Friday, May 1, 2026, at Tule Street and Paiute Drive. Williams Tuni was joined by tribal council members, project partners, and community representatives during the ceremony, which marked the completion of the first phase of the 22-unit affordable housing development.
