This week at Logos, we started Monday morning with the Pledge of Allegiance at the flagpole and a wonderful prayer from Mrs. Lyle, reminding us of the reason for Christmas. Christmas is not about the cute commercials and presents under the tree- it is about the birth of Jesus Christ and the Love and Joy that He brings to us every day. The students continued to learn about the true meaning of Christmas and made a cute Advent calendar each day, taking baby Jesus from the star to the manger. The week concluded with a fundraiser hosted by the 8th graders for their end-of-the-year trip. They showcased 3D-printed objects they made themselves and offered a popcorn bar!
