Ales for Arts brings brews, music and community to Oats Park

The Churchill Arts Council will host its annual Ales for Arts celebration on Friday, Oct. 3, from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Oats Park Art Center, 151 East Park St. in Fallon.
The evening features live music from the Carson Street Ragtime Band, making their Fallon debut, along with a curated lineup of craft beers in the Lariat Courtyard. Local favorite Cantaloupe Beer from The Grid Brewery will be on tap. Tasting cards will be available at the event, and a VIP Experience package is also offered.
Food options include traditional brats, hot dogs and soft pretzels. Vendors and family-friendly activities will round out the festivities, while art lovers can explore the Oats Park Art Center galleries from 5 to 7 p.m. A Paint ’n’ Sip class by Canvas Creations begins at 5 p.m.; pre-registration is recommended.
Admission is free, and the event is open to all ages.
