WNC Recognizes 76 Students on Summer Dean’s List

Western Nevada College proudly honors 76 students who achieved academic excellence by making the 2025 Summer Dean’s List, each boasting a GPA of 3.50 or higher while tackling summer coursework. Their hard work and dedication inspire the entire Wildcat community, as commended by WNC President Dr. J. Kyle Dalpe.

Western Nevada College is delighted to announce that 76 students have made the grades necessary for inclusion on the 2025 Summer Dean’s List.

To earn this recognition during the summer term, students attained a grade point average of 3.50 or higher and completed six units of classes or more.

“We are incredibly proud of these 76 students for their commitment to academic excellence during the summer term,” said WNC President Dr. J. Kyle Dalpe. “Balancing coursework with other responsibilities is never easy, and achieving this level of success is a true testament to their dedication, focus, and perseverance. They are an inspiration to the entire Wildcat community.”

We are deeply saddened by the loss of Sophie. We still remember her from your visit to Edmonton when Sophie was just a little girl. I can still see her standing on the sidewalk beside your car and waving madly with a big smile as if she’d always known us and we were now best friends. We are so thankful to know a deep faith runs through your family and you know that Sophie is freed from her pain and is at home with her Lord and Saviour. May God grant all of you the peace and comfort that only God can give during this time of grief.Comment publication date: 4/20/26, 4:05 PMComment source: Sophia Katherine BehimerComment author: ThughesComment text: Thanks to all who came and stood up !
