First Annual PACC Dance Camp Showcase July 25

Performing Arts of Churchill County announces its first annual PACC Dance Camp Showcase on July 25 at Oats Park Outdoor Amphitheatre at 6 pm. There is no cost for admission. The showcase is the final performance from the Summer Dance Camp, the first dance camp that PACC has offered for children ages 9-14. The showcase will have the children perform the styles of dance they’ve learned during camp, including contemporary, ballroom, jazz and ballet.

There will be food trucks on site, and after the showcase concludes the music will be turned up and everyone is invited to join in a dance party. The showcase is open to all ages and is family friendly. PACC looks forward to seeing you there.

PACC is currently looking for volunteers for the 2025-2026 season of musicals, including an upcoming community musical in October. If you would like to volunteer, please complete the volunteer application on the PACC website, www.paccnv.org.

Performing Arts of Churchill County is a non-profit serving Fallon and Churchill County. PACC aims to promote and grow the arts culture of our community and invite everyone to participate as a performer, technician, volunteer, or audience member.

We reached out to the writer/submitter and got this info back...hope it's helpful. PBM: Pharmacy Benefit Managers are pharmacies that are owned by insurance companies. (CVS is one.) They negotiate with drug makers to get reduced pricing for medications, but they historically have not passed along those savings to patients. https://www.ftc.gov/system/files/ftc_gov/pdf/pharmacy-benefit-managers-staff-report.pdf MFN: Most Favored Nation pricing is a policy that means a country agrees to offer the same trade concessions (like tariffs or price reductions) to all member nations of the World Trade Organization (WTO). When applied to pharmaceuticals, it could disrupt global access, deter innovation, and obscure the deeper systemic issues in American health care. https://petrieflom.law.harvard.edu/2025/05/22/the-global-risks-of-americas-most-favored-nation-drug-pricing-policy/Comment publication date: 6/23/25, 7:47 AMComment source: L E T T E R TO THE EDITOR
