Smash Hit “Pump Boys and Dinettes” Returns to the Stage

A crowd-pleasing country-western musical, a smash hit both on and off Broadway, is coming to a stage near you. “Pump Boys and Dinettes” follows Prudie and Rhetta Cupp of the Double Cupp Diner as they sing and perform alongside the talented boys from the gas station next door in this full-length musical dramedy.

Performance Schedule:
Yerington – Dini Cultural Center, Saturday, April 19 at 6 p.m.
Fallon – Fallon Theatre, Friday, April 25 at 7 p.m.; Saturday, April 26 at 1 and 7 p.m.; Friday, May 9 at 7 p.m.; Saturday, May 10 at 1 and 7 p.m.
Carson City – Brewery Arts Center Auditorium, Friday and Saturday, May 2–3 at 7 p.m.

The cast includes Jake Covell as Jim, Kenny Coval as Jackson, Byron Sorensen as L.M., Tom Fleming as Eddie, and Mickey Penick as Rudy. Adia Sommer Finch stars as Rhetta Cupp, with Melissa Derby as Prudie Cupp. The production is directed by Tom Fleming and produced by Patty Fleming, with choreography by Summer Stanton. Backstage leadership includes Angelina DeNigro as stage manager, Katherine Jones on set design, Cherilee Sorensen handling props, and Kara Sommer on costumes. Lighting is by Ken Thomas, with sound by John Wilkinson. The show features live music by Kenny Sorensen, Mickey Penick, and Patty Fleming, and is supported by the PACC board and volunteers.
