Crowds flocked to the Old Post Office at 8 a.m. on Saturday to pick up their Shop Small bags, wiping out Executive Director of the Fallon Chamber Lucy Carnahan’s stock. Then, they visited the booths of several home-based businesses that displayed their inventory at individual tables.
Maine Street was bustling with foot traffic as shoppers made their way through shops and restaurants, with businesses across town participating in the fifteenth year of the Small Business Administration and American Express-sponsored Shop Small Saturday.
Carnahan announced the Bingo and #Gurkha in Business winners. Jennifer Gehant, Michelle White, Val Pip, and Cindy Guzman won the #Gurkha in Business game, while Amber Getto, Lanni Mori, LauraLee Christensen, and Randy Montgomery won the Bingo game.
