Movies & More October 4 & 5

Movies & More October 4 & 5

Last week’s Show ‘N’ Shine was a huge success. The Fallon Theatre’s fully volunteer staff is beyond grateful to every participant and volunteer who made it happen. For those who spent any part of their day at the show, your support is appreciated more than you know. The Theatre staff would love to hear your thoughts on what parts of the show you enjoyed and any suggestions you may have for changes. Reach out on Facebook or at [email protected] to let them know your thoughts.

There is a huge Monster Movie Weekend on Friday and Saturday, October 4 and 5. Huck Salt is sponsoring these films and has also donated funds to decorate the lobby of the theatre for the month of October. There are some fantastic photo ops, so feel free to come in costume. There will also be some fun monster-themed goodies at the concession stand.

The 6 p.m. movie on both days is the 2001 Disney-Pixar hit, “Monsters, Inc.,” rated G. To power the city, monsters have to harvest the screams of scared children, but chaos ensues when a child gets through a door into the monster’s world. This film has a runtime of 1 hour and 32 minutes.

“The Monster Squad” will be shown at 7 p.m. The 1987 film follows a group of 12-year-olds who attempt to save their hometown from Count Dracula and his monsters when they appear in the real world. This movie is rated PG-13 and has a runtime of 1 hour and 22 minutes.

October is packed with fun. The full schedule of movies and events is available on Facebook, Instagram, or at www.fallontheatre.com. To book a Marquee Message or reserve an auditorium for a party, leave a message at 775-423-6210.

Who and what they REALLY were. Because they were devotional and IMPORTANT to the humans they connected with. The content of their life bled so that others could feel their own life’s importance. Teachers of justifiable life and art. That all can absorb and use as the best fertilizer for THEIR lives. Giving the silent secrets and the loud guidance. The Melon Man was a perfect specimen for how to devote. His passing meant a life book of feeling/knowing what gives other humans their paths to Love and Knowledge. Some humans are meant to show others their paths. And in that they secrete ways to profitably exist.Comment publication date: 3/18/26, 4:50 PMComment source: In memorium -- The Melon Man
