Fallon Claybreakers Happenings

Fallon Claybreaker Wyatt Ricks, pictured right, attended the Idaho State Pacific International Trapshooting Association (PITA) Shoot in Pocatello, ID, June 28-30, 2024, facing off against 95 contestants. Ricks led the Short Yardage Handicap Non-resident and Non-resident Doubles C Class, breaking an impressive 90 out of 100 clay birds.

Claybreaker Chase Ackerman, pictured below, attended the 1st annual Mike DeWitt Scholarship Fund Shoot in memory of Mike DeWitt, sponsored by Pershing County Chukars Unlimited, in Lovelock on June 25. Chase took first place Junior, which earned him a Mike DeWitt Scholarship Fund Shoot belt buckle. 

The team celebrated the end of the season at their awards banquet on May 29. The event was held at Fallon Trap Club and catered by Heidi and Jr. Figueroa with Freshy’s Wings and Things from the Silver Springs Nugget. Intermediate High Average Shooters Kasen Bullock, John Zulz, and Wyatt Ricks earned Intermediate Advanced Division Top Score Patches, with Wyatt Ricks as Runner-up Top Score, winning a plaque.
