Churchill County High School is proud to announce this week's intern is our class of 2023 graduate Troy Shelton. Troy aspired to go into real estate; however, since his internship with Western Nevada Title, he has decided to wait to take his Real Estate license and continue working with his mentor, Craig Chacon, Director of Operations for Western Nevada Title Company. Dr. Segura was so impressed with Mr. Chacon’s business skills that she asked him to present to the district's interns on June 26. The Topic will be "Winning the Job Hunt Game."

Comment text: September 11, article Civics 101
I would like to commend Rachael Dahl and the Fallon post for their article. Civics 101. This is a reminder that we as citizens live in a representative form of government and why it is so important that we vote as voting is our way of making our voice heard.

Comment text: Knew Sis from the B of A as a teller and in social gatherings around Fallon. When we bought our land in Kingston, Sis regaled us with her stories of gatherings at the old restaurant & bar on the way to Groves lake. Sis often said, 'What happens in Kingston stays in Kingston!' Fun & funny lady.

Comment text: So sorry for the pain your family is suffering. She is in comfort of Jesus arms. This is Ruth Fiege, Gary's cousin from WI.
I can't begin to imagine the pain your family is suffering. So much comfort in knowing she and baby are with Jesus.
God Bless you all during this tragedy. Love, Ruth Fiege
