SUMMONS

WILLIAM “JOE” HOOF, Plaintiff vs. 
SCOTT LOEWE, individually, and BRANDIE WEST CASTILLO, individually, 
Defendants.

TO THE DEFENDANTS, YOU HAVE BEEN SUED. THE COURT MAY DECIDE AGAINST YOU WITHOUT YOU BEING HEARD UNLESS YOU RESPOND WITHIN 21 DAYS. READ THE INFORMATION BELOW VERY CAREFULLY.

A civil Complaint has been filed against you by the Plaintiff. Plaintiff seeks a civil action for termination of contract of sale, and other related relief, as to the real property, including personal property situated thereon, located in the County of Churchill, State of Nevada, commonly referred to as 909 Mesquite Lane, and more fully described as follows:

“The SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 29, 
Township 19 North, Range 30 East, MDB&M”
Assessor’s Parcel No.: 9-152-11

If you intend to defend this lawsuit, you must do the following within 
twenty-one (21) days after service of this Summons.

        a.  File with the Clerk of this Court, whose address is shown below, 
        a formal written answer to the Complaint, along with the appropriate filing fees, in accordance with the rules of the Court.

        b.  Serve a copy of your Answer upon the Attorney whose name and address is shown below.

Unless you respond, a Default will be entered upon application of the Plaintiff 
and this Court may enter a Judgment against you for the relief 
demanded in said Complaint.
