General Notice
The City of Fallon (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

Oats Park Pickleball Courts
PWP-CH-2023-289

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Fallon Administrative Office located at 55 W. Williams Ave., Fallon, Nevada 89406, until Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Work for this project consists of removing the existing outdoor tennis courts located at Oats Park, including existing court surface, netting, and chain link fence, and installing new pickle ball courts, chain link fencing, sidewalk, drinking fountains and benches as shown on the Contract Plans and in accordance with the Contract Special Provisions. Contractor shall subcontract with a professional tennis court surface installer for removal of the existing court surface and installation of the new court surface.

Obtaining the Bidding Documents

Information and Bidding Documents for the Project may be examined at the City of Fallon Administrative Offices or obtained at Rick’s AEC Reprographics at the following locations:

Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the City of Fallon as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from Rick’s AEC Reprographics or other source in either electronic or paper format. Those on the plan holder list will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only by the Owner. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the City of Fallon Engineer’s office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 A.M. and 5 P.M. and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from Rick’s AEC Reprographics as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the locations listed above.

Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Oats Park, 425 E Richards Street, Fallon, Nevada 89406. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
