Blanchard Dixon, 53, of Fallon, NV, passed unexpectedly on March 30, 2023. He was born on March 31, 1969, in Schurz, Nevada to Wayne Dixon and Jackie Snooks. Blanchard grew up in Nevada.
He attended and graduated from Churchill County High School in 1987. He worked as a certified carpenter for the Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Tribe and was a mechanic, working on vehicles for family and friends. He received certification and a business license to be an ASE-certified mechanic.
He leaves behind his parents Wayne Dixon and Jackie Snooks, brother, Cody (Nikole) Rodarte of Washington State, sisters Juliana Dixon, Lorna Mauwee, Regina (Lewis) Bartlett of Fallon, NV, and Tina Rodarte of Tempe, AZ.
Also his children Eric, Jessica, Rachel, Erin Dixon, Monica, and son-in-law Brandon Andrieux, and his partner, Sheila Shoshone; his grandchildren Oren, Nevaeh, Nyla, Eric's kids; and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great-nephews.
He is preceded in death by his Grandson Kenai Wolf Andrieux and great nephew Colin Mauwee and great niece Aiyana Mauwee.
A viewing will be at the FPST Tribal Gymnasium 8955 Mission Road, Fallon, NV on Friday, April 7, 2023, from 5-7 pm. Funeral Services will be at the FPST Tribal Gymnasium on Saturday, April 8, 2023, at 11 am. Burial will follow at the FPST Tribe Cemetery.
